About Us We are certified residential appraisers and general building contractors that would like to help you. Our companies are based out of Fresno, CA, we work in Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare counties. As appraisers we can appraise all residential properties, including condos, vacant land, mobile homes, large and small acreage properties, single family homes, multi family homes, and mountain properties. We are a family based business with over 15 years of experience in appraising. We also cover the Provo/Salt Lake City area of Utah. On the building side, we have been in constructions for 3 generations, over 85 years of experience and expertise. Our building emphases in on building quality homes that are energy efficient and easy to maintain. Being a green builder is very important to us and we keep up on the latest trends and energy efficient materials. We also do small jobs. We are a small company and have personal relation with all our customer no mater how small or big the job. Jonathan Cusak, the main appraiser and builder has a engineering degree from CSUF, with a emphasis on quality control. He has been working with houses all his life and loves what he does. His wife Jennifer Cusak has a communication degree from CSUF and is also an appraiser. She works as a designer, accountant, laborer, and estimator for the construction company. Zack Cusak (brother) also works as an appraiser out of Salt Lake City/Provo Utah.
